Join the management board of a new European rare lung condition network

Join the management board of a new European rare lung condition network

EURORDIS, an umbrella organisation for rare diseases, are setting up a number of European Reference Networks (ERNs) on rare diseases. These networks will join together medical experts and specialist centres across Europe to share knowledge and resources for patient-centred research and care of rare and complex conditions. For more information on these networks visit the EURORDIS website.

The European Lung Foundation is working with EURORDIS, healthcare professionals and patients to put together an application for funding for an ERN on rare lung conditions (ERN-LUNG). The ERN-LUNG wants to ensure that patients are at the heart of the network by including people with rare lung conditions on the management boards of the ERN-LUNG. We would like to invite anyone with a rare lung condition to apply to join these boards.

Patients and caregivers can apply. All applications will be considered equally.

EURORDIS will be coordinating the involvement of patients in these boards and ELF will also be able to provide some support.

To apply to join the boards for ERN-LUNG and other rare condition ERNs, please complete the EURORDIS Patient Advisory Group (E-PAG) form and return it by email to Lenjia before 18 April.
